We recommend using the mask 3-5 times per week for 3 minutes. LED light therapy is safe and effective for daily use, though it is not recommended to exceed the 3-minute treatment time in any one session.

After consecutive 3-minute treatments, you may notice the device is warm to touch. This is due to the efficient power density of the device and our guarantee of clinical-level results in 3 minutes. This is not harmful to the skin, as you should only ever treat one area for 3 minutes per session. If the device is warm, you may switch it off between treatments to allow time to cool down. You may also notice the control box heating up, this is normal, switch off to cool down between sessions
