"I ' m g o n n a h a v e a g r e a t t i m e ."
Sans (GG!Underfell) is the final boss of Section 3 - Hell's Forest, in both the Normal Route and Obliteration Route. He will appear right before the Delta Warriors manage to reach the Grey Door at the end of Snowdin's Forest, lunging at Kris's soul, before getting stopped by Susie and retaliating by punching her. He will then proceed to gloat about killing a younger version of herself named "Suzy," all the while Kris, fueled by rage, will ambush and stab him with their knife.
He will start in the Hostile state and will remain as such for the entire fight.
During the fight, Serious Mode will be active, changing Susie's battle expression, as well as shortening the names of certain items. The powerful Dual Heal and Red Buster will also be available; however, during the Obliteration Route, because Kris is Deceitful, Red Buster will not be a dangerous attack for Sans, but for the whole party instead, as using it will outright KO Susie and Noelle, while leaving Kris with only 1 HP.
Just like his Undertale counterpart, Sans is capable of dodging nearly every attack by sidestepping. However, that's only possible for him while he's focused, which can be reduced by distracting him with various ACTs.
When his HP falls below 20%, his sprite's face will distort into a more wicked smile.
After going all-out with his final attack, he will finally be too tired to continue fighting, allowing the player to decide his fate.
If the player has not earned any EXP(?) then they can spare Sans by selecting the 'Talk' ACT multiple times. He will explain why he went on a murdering spree, before Papyrus shows up and criticizes him, but then tries to help him become a better person with him.
If Noelle has an ice weapon equipped, Noelle can cast Sleep Mist, causing Sans to threaten the heroes before falling asleep. If this was done on the Obliteration Route, he becomes very surprised at Kris's decision, and leaves to sleep somewhere else.
If attacked, Sans will have a diagonal slash down his chest and his jaw will fall off. In his final moments, he taunts the heroes, telling them this changes nothing and that no one will care about the orphan Suzy that he murdered. He then laughs manically as Susie furiously attacks him, his body growing more and more mangled with every attack until he finally turns to dust.
If Iceshock is used, Sans seems significantly more afraid. He sits there, shaking due to the cold, murmuring in disbelief before he finally freezes over.

Attacks[]
"I'm gonna have a great time"[]
Similar to his Undertale counterpart, Sans will start the fight with a long and powerful first attack, even before allowing the player to do any action. The attack is divided into 3 sections:
- 2 sets of Gaster Blasters will appear, the first one firing a "+" pattern at the center of the Bullet Board, while the second covering its sides.
- Sans will turn the SOUL blue, first slamming it into the right wall, then into the upper one; it will then summon a blue bone that is as tall as the Bullet Board, followed by a wave of bones that the player has to jump over.
- Sans will slam the SOUL into the bottom floor, turning it red again, while summoning a Gaster blaster to cover the bottom part of the Bullet Board, then a "bone slide" will appear from the right, requiring precise movement to navigate it; the attack will conclude with two giant Gaster Blasters at the sides, covering nearly the entire Bullet Board except for the very top and bottom.
Bone lines[]
- While in Blue Mode, 24 lines of bones will appear at the sides, converging at the center, which requires small jumps to get through the gaps; these are made out of small bones from the bottom, and longer bones from the top of the Bullet Board. After the first 12, Sans will slam the SOUL into the upper part of the Bullet Board, requiring to jump upside down.
Blue and white bones[]
- Both sides of the Bullet Board will be completely covered in bones, only retreating while the SOUL will be forced by gravity into their respective side. Sans will slam the SOUL into the right side, summoning 2 pairs of blue a white bones from below, before slamming it into the other side, repeating the same pattern again; he will finally slam it into the bottom part, first summoning 3 alternating blue and white bones from the right, then again from the left. this attack is only used once.
Horizontal platforming gauntlet 1[]
- A line of bones will completely cover the bottom part of the Bullet Board, while several platforms, bones at barriers and a couple of fireballs will appear, acting as a platforming gauntlet. Toward the end, a platform will be too far to be reached with a normal jump; if the SOUL doesn't make it and touches the damaging floor, time will instead freeze, allowing for a tutorial on dashing. This attack is only used once.
Horizontal platforming gauntlet 2[]
- A second platforming gauntlet will appear, this time far more focused on the use of the dash, with both high jump and lateral ones. This attack is only used once.
Platforms with Gaster Blasters[]
- 2 platforms will appear on the middle and top of a tall Bullet Board, which Gaster blasters appearing and shooting one at a time either at the bottom, middle, or top. Each platform can be reached only with a dash.
Vertical platforming gauntlet 1[]
- Several platforms will rise up from a tall Bullet Board, where either a series of horizontal bones with small gaps between them or undulating fireballs must be passed through to continue below. The bottom part will be filled with bones for the entire attack. This attack is used only once.
Horizontal bone slides[]
- Sans will slam the SOUL to the top, where sets of small bones will appear on the top, from the right, and large bones will appear at the bottom, from the left.
Horizontal platforming gauntlet 3[]
- Several narrow corridors composed of bones will appear from the left, alongside several platforms. During the attack, various Gaster Blasters will appear at specific locations, damaging the SOUL if it takes too long to progress into the attack.
Cyan and Orange Gaster Blasters[]
- Several giant Gaster Blasters will appear in a massive Bullet Board, firing either a cyan or orange laser, depending on their color. Because of the size of the lasers, it's very hard to actually avoid them, instead it should be prioritized to be either moving or standing still, depending on the color of the upcoming laser.
Vertical platforming gauntlet 2[]
- Similar to the first version, but having to pass through a pair of horizontal bones with small gaps between them, an enclosed platforming room with a vertical bone moving up and down to block the passage, and a long vertical bone with an horizontal one and a serpentine line of fireballs blocking a series of platforms, reachable with a precise side dash. At the very end, a Gaster Blaster will cover the top of the Bullet Board.
Large Gaster Blasters with SOUL Slams[]
- New to version 3.0.6, Sans will summon a very large Gaster Blaster aimed at the SOUL in blue mode. After the Gaster Blaster fires, Sans will slam the SOUL in a random(?) direction, changing its gravity and the direction that the Gaster Blaster faces (it will always face in a direction that forces the SOUL to boost in order for it to avoid the beam). To avoid the Gaster Blasters, the SOUL has to precisely jump and use a boost at the right time.
- On the Obliteration Route, this attack is more fast-paced, requiring the player to have a quicker reaction time and even more precision to avoid it.
Gaster Blasters and moving bones[]
- New to version 3.0.6, the Bullet board contains 2 sets of vertically moving bones. One set constantly moves upwards on the left side, the other moves downwards on the right side. Both sets of moving bones have small gaps that the SOUL can move between. Sans will summon Gaster Blasters that shoot beams that the SOUL has to avoid by weaving between the sets of moving bones. The Gaster Blasters will appear over whatever part of the Bullet Board that the SOUL is in. As the attack progresses, the Gaster Blasters will appear more frequently (though this isn't very noticeable on the Normal Route).
- On the Obliteration Route, the Gaster Blasters appear faster than usual, giving the player less time to dodge the beams.
Vertical Bone[]
- Upon reaching 50% HP, a vertical bone will appear at the bottom of the battle interface, from right to left, capable of hitting the SOUL when hovering over any battle command buttons. As Sans's health decreases, it will increase the speed the bone moves.
- This bone can be grazed for 2% TP each turn.
"Let's get this over with"[]
Sans will only perform his final attack after reaching 10% HP or less. As the longest and most complex one, it will be divided into several sections:
- 2 sets of 6 thin Gaster Blasters, 3 at the top and 3 at the left of the Bullet Board in slightly different positions, will all fire at the same time, leaving only small square gaps for the SOUL to be safe from.
- Sans will slam the SOUL to the right side, turning it blue, while summoning 6 thin Gaster Blasters from the top to completely cover the right side; a platform will appear at the center, reachable with a dash to avoid the attack, while a giant Gaster Blaster will appear at the left, covering the entire Bullet Board except for the very top and bottom.
- Sans will slam the SOUL around a couple of times, before settling for the bottom, summoning a bone slide from the left, requiring 2 precise jumps to be navigated safely; the SOUL will then turn red, where a much faster and longer bone slide will appear from the right.
- Sans will thrash the SOUL around for longer, before turning it red and summoning 7 sets of 4 giant Gaster Blasters alternating in diagonal and cardinal positions, all either cyan or orange, firing all at once and covering the entire Bullet Board.
- At last but not least, Sans will summon a spinning ring of Gaster Blasters, requiring constant circular motion from the SOUL to avoid it. On the Obliteration Route, this spinning ring of Gaster Blasters is slightly thinner but moves faster, making it slightly harder to dodge. After it has ended, Sans will start to slam the SOUL all around, gradually increasing in intensity, until it deals 7 total non-lethal damage; he will then slam up and down the battle box itself, until he gradually grows tired, and he will stop fighting altogether.
Mechanics[]
Blue SOUL mode[]
During most of Sans's attacks, the Blue SOUL mode will be active, which will affect the SOUL's normal movement capabilities by making it constantly affected by gravity towards the bottom, or any other directions that Sans dictates. Pressing the “Up” button will cause the SOUL to effectively jump, how tall the jump will be is dependent on how long the button was held; in case gravity was altered by Sans, the button in the opposite directions has to be pressed instead.
Additionally, pressing "[CONFIRM]" will cause the SOUL to dash in a straight line, the direction dependent on whatever directional keys are pressed, and can be done both when landed and while in the air. After dashing while in the air, it can be performed again only after landing on solid ground; if the dash was performed while on the ground, it will instead recharge in less than a second, allowing to dash again. This ability is present in other battles that use the Blue SOUL mode, but for this fight, dashing is necessary to avoid some attacks.
TP and platforms[]
While in the Blue SOUL mode, landing on platforms in any attacks that use them will give 1% TP. This can be done repeatedly with the same platform (with a cooldown to prevent farming TP quickly). This is unique to this battle only.
KARMA[]
Sans's overall power and difficulty is directly tied to the Delta Warriors' LV; the higher it is, the more powerful he becomes.
Starting from 1880 HP at LV 1, he will gain +34 extra HP at every LV that's a multiplier of 3, and +33 extra HP for every other level, for a max total of 2280 HP at LV13.
Starting from LV 7, like his Undertale counterpart, he will be able to inflict KARMA (KR) to any damage he inflicts, acting as a slow "poison" effect, overall increasing the total damage for any of his attacks; the amount of KARMA inflicted is a fraction of an attack's base damage, which increases as the Delta Warriors' LV grows.
If the party is still being damaged by KARMA, the player should wait until it wears off during their turn before using any healing spells or items. Even if the party is healed fully KARMA will cause them to lose some health after usage.
Strategy[]
Attacking[]
As Sans is capable of dodging nearly any attack when focused, a major effort must be put into distracting him, allowing the opportunity for an all out attack, especially for powerful moves like Red Buster (except for the Obliteration Route, in which it will be extremely harmful for the Delta Warriors instead). This can be done in the following ways:
- Kris, Susie and Noelle's Distract ACTs will all make Sans unable to dodge attacks for 1 turn, which can be stacked up to 4 turns total if no EXP were gained, or up to 3 turns total otherwise; this is visually indicated by how many sweat beads Sans has on his front, each one representing a turn he can't dodge.
- In case the player wants to give Noelle a more passive role while the other do the heavy lifting, it can be considered to only use her Distract ACT, as it will always allow Kris and Susie to deal damage in the same turn.
- XDistract will simply have the effect of combining all Distract ACTs at once, distracting Sans for 3 turns.
Alternatively, the Bluster Blade's critical attack has an unique interaction while Sans is focused: as Sans dodges by moving to the side while focused, the large horizontal slice will still catch him regardless. Because he cannot dodge while shaking from the impact, he will also be unable to avoid any other attacks from Susie and Noelle.
Even if the above conditions aren't met, there are five frame windows at the start and the end of his dodge animation where it is possible to hit him without distracting him. For example, if Susie attempted to use Rude Buster on Sans, then the player advances the text at just the right time for Noelle to cast Ice Shock, the spell will hit Sans just before he returns to the center.
Weapons[]
Normal Route[]
For Kris:
- The Bluster Blade is a strong choice if the player can consistently land 2 crits, due to its ability to hurt Sans while not distracted as mentioned above. This can be hard to pull off however, and it also requires the player to kill Jerry, earning 1 EXP and therefore making all pacifist-exclusive items unobtainable.
- If the player obtained the Aluminum Bat in Section 2, this is a great choice for Kris since it has good damage and is easier to use than most other weapons. It can also be obtained without earning any EXP.
- The Tough Glove or Cracked Bat may be good alternatives if the player didn't/couldn't unlock either of the above weapons.
For Noelle:
- The Snow Ring is a good choice if the player wants her to have a more defensive role. This is because the Snow Ring heals everyone the most, having the highest MG stat and also healing an extra 5 HP for each Heal Prayer or Dual Heal usage. This helps a lot with staying alive.
- If the player wants Noelle to have a more aggressive role, then they can equip her with any regular weapon. Note that Noelle cannot use the Bluster Blade. When using normal weapons, she won't be able to use ice spells.
- If the player wants Noelle to have a hybrid role, the Permacicle is a good choice; it increases Noelle's AT while still allowing her to cast ice spells and have better healing (though her healing won't be as strong as the Snow Ring).
Keep in mind that Noelle will need an ice weapon to spare Sans if the player has earned any EXP. You can keep an ice weapon in your inventory and give it to Noelle once Sans is too tired to attack if you want to spare Sans but also give Noelle a regular weapon. Note that in version 3.1.0 this won't work, since the inventory system will be reworked.[1]
Obliteration Route[]
For Kris:
- The Clean Pan is by far the best weapon, since it has the highest AT and damage potential.
- The Bluster Blade is still a great choice if the player can land 2 crits consistently.
For Noelle:
- If the player wants to maximise the amount of damage that everyone can do, then equipping Noelle with the Clean Pan with Kris using the Bluster Blade is a viable option, since everyone will have the highest AT stat.
- If you aren't confident with the Bluster Blade but you want Noelle to have good damage, you can use other weapons like the Cracked Bat or Tough Glove, with Kris using the Clean Pan.
- The Snow Ring is still very helpful for survivability, which is especially important due to the various buffs that Sans will have.
- The Permacicle is also a good option for a hybrid role, though this may not be as convenient due to Sans being more deadly.

- [Susie] Speaking of...
- [Susie] We're done with this guy.
- [Susie] Let's go.
- [Noelle] ...Right!
(Kris, Susie and Noelle will jump through the grey door.)
(If killed with Ice Shock and Susie is Devious)[]
- [Susie] Noelle...?
- [Susie] How the hell did that...
- [Noelle] ...
- [Noelle] I...
- [Susie] And how the hell did Kris know that would happen?
- [Susie] HMM???
- [Noelle] Susie, what are you--
- [Susie] Nah, nahnahnahnahnahnahnahnahnah.
- [Susie] This is ridiculous.
- [Susie] You attack me.
- [Susie] And then you get Noelle to do some weird freeze shit.
- [Susie] Clearly you don't need my help!
(Susie throws the Heavy Branch into the woods.)
- [Noelle] Susie, why'd you...?!
- [Susie] Did you forget, Noelle?
- [Susie] You should be fine with this.
- [Noelle] I...
- [Noelle] ...
- [Noelle] Okay.
- [Susie] Now let's get going.
- [Susie] (Don't want this thing getting any bright ideas.)
- [Noelle] O-okay!
(Kris, Susie and Noelle will jump through the grey door.)
(If spared with Sleep Mist, Normal Route)[]
- [Susie] Kris.
- [Susie] I'm gonna be honest.
- [Susie] I was this close to killing him myself.
- [Susie] I don't think he deserves mercy.
- [Noelle] I wish we could've been able to at least talk to him.
- [Noelle] I feel... this resentment is more than he lets on.
- [Susie] No.
- [Susie] People like that aren't willing to give mercy.
- [Susie] Their grudge goes beyond whatever the hell they show.
- [Susie] They would rather shatter your heart or...
- [Susie] ... Threaten to throw you off a roof.
- [Noelle] What.
- [Susie] And besides...
- [Susie] He killed me.
- [Susie] He GLOATED about killing me.
- [Susie] And I... s-she... was just a kid.
- [Susie] ... I think that alone would be grounds to kill him.
- [Noelle] ...
- [Noelle] Then what does that mean for our Sans?
- [Susie] ...
- [Susie] I...
- [Susie] ,,,
- [Susie] Ugh, whatever!
- [Susie] Let's just get outta here.
- [Susie] I don't want to think about this any more.
(Kris, Susie and Noelle walk towards the grey door.)
- [Sans] papyrus...
- [Sans] you don't...
- [Sans] understand...
- [Susie] Aight, asshole, I'm killing you MYSELF!
- [Papyrus] WAIT! STOP!
- [Noelle] P-Papyrus???
(Papyrus walks on-screen.)
- [Papyrus] YES, I DIDN'T DIE!!!
- [Papyrus] A MIRACLE I GRABBED THE LEDGE AFTER BEING KICKED.
- [Papyrus] BUT...
- [Papyrus] I WASN'T KICKED FOR NO REASON, I IMAGINE.
(Papyrus walks over to Sans and kneels down.)
- [Papyrus] SANS...
- [Papyrus] I KNOW THAT YOU'RE ASLEEP.
- [Papyrus] THE FIRST TIME YOU SLEPT IN A LONG, LONG TIME.
- [Papyrus] BUT THE WAY YOU'VE BEEN ACTING...
- [Papyrus] IT IS SO UNLIKE THE BROTHER I GREW UP WITH.
- [Papyrus] THE ONE THAT WOULD PLAY TERRIBLE JOKES...
- [Papyrus] THE ONE WHO VALUED HIS FRIENDS AND MEMORIES.
- [Papyrus] I KNOW THAT YOU WERE VERY RESERVED, EVEN IN THE PAST.
- [Papyrus] BUT EVER SINCE WE ARRIVED HERE IN SNOWDIN...
- [Papyrus] I WATCHED AS YOU CHANGED INTO THIS COLD, JADED KILLER.
- [Papyrus] YOU BEGAN YOUR MURDEROUS SPREE.
- [Papyrus] YOU PUSHED ME TO SEEK REVENGE ON THE HUMANS.
- [Papyrus] YOU BASHED MY HEAD IN FOR REFUSING TO FINISH OFF...
- [Papyrus] ...
- [Papyrus] SANS...
- [Papyrus] I CANNOT HELP BUT THINK...
- [Papyrus] DO YOU EVEN CARE ABOUT ME ANYMORE...?
(Papyrus stands.)
- [Papyrus] PERHAPS WE'LL SEE IF I BECOME ONE WITH THE SNOW OR NOT.
(Papyrus removes his jacket and places it at Sans's feet.)
- [Papyrus] I OWE ALL OF YOU AN APOLOGY.
- [Papyrus] NONE OF YOU DESERVED ANY OF THIS.
- [Papyrus] ESPECIALLY YOU, KRIS.
- [Papyrus] MY ARROGANCE AND DOUBT TRULY BLINDED ME.
- [Susie] ...
- [Susie] I guess...
- [Noelle] Papyrus...
- [Noelle] I'm so sorry...
- [Papyrus] DO NOT APOLOGIZE, MS. NOELLE.
- [Papyrus] THIS IS NOT YOUR BURDEN TO CARRY.
(Papyrus walks away from Sans.)
- [Papyrus] STARTING TODAY, I TURN OVER A NEW LEAF.
- [Papyrus] I WANT TO START MAKING A POSITIVE MARK ON THE WORLD.
- [Papyrus] AND THAT STARTS WITH CEASING MY GOALS OF BECOMING A ROYAL GUARDSMAN.
- [Papyrus] AS COOL AS THE TITLE IS...
- [Papyrus] IT IS WRITTEN IN BLOOD.
- [Papyrus] AND CONTINUES TO GROW WORSE BY THE DAY.
- [Papyrus] INSTEAD, I AIM TO HELP THOSE IN NEED.
- [Papyrus] I KNOW MANY PEOPLE AROUND HERE NEED THAT KIND OF HELP.
- [Papyrus] ESPECIALLY WITH HOW COLD THE UNDERGROUND IS.
- [Papyrus] I DO HOPE THAT OTHERS WILL ACCEPT MY CHANGE.
- [Noelle] I'm sure you'll do well, Papyrus.
- [Papyrus] ...
- [Papyrus] THANK YOU.
- [Papyrus] TAKE CARE, YOU THREE.
(Papyrus walks off-screen.)
- [Susie] ...
- [Susie] Took him that long to say sorry.
- [Noelle] Susie.
- [Noelle] I think we should go.
- [Susie] Right.
(Kris, Susie and Noelle jump through the grey door.)
(If spared normally)[]
(Continued from earlier, Papyrus stands behind the Delta Warriors looking at Sans.)
- [Papyrus] IS... EVERYTHING THAT YOU SAID... TRUE?
(Susie walks to the side.)
- [Sans] ...
- [Sans] papyrus...
- [Sans] you weren't supposed to hear any of that.
- [Papyrus] AND WHY NOT?
- [Sans] w-well..
- [Sans] it's... not for you to worry about.
- [Papyrus] OH, IT'S EVERYTHING FOR ME TO WORRY ABOUT.
- [Papyrus] YOU ARE THE ONE THAT STARTED A MURDEROUS SPREE.
- [Papyrus] YOU PUSHED ME TO HELP WITH YOUR DIRTY WORK.
- [Papyrus] TO THE POINT OF HARMING ME AND PASSERSBY.
- [Papyrus] AND ALL THAT PAIN JUST TO END IT ALL!
- [Papyrus] IT IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY SELFISH.
- [Papyrus] IN YOUR QUEST TO RID THE WORLD OF ITS ISSUES...
- [Papyrus] YOU BECAME PART OF THE PROBLEM.
- [Papyrus] ALL WHILE DISREGARDING WHAT YOU HAD LEFT.
- [Papyrus] THROWING YOUR OWN BROTHER TO THE WAYSIDE.
- [Papyrus] DAMAGING ANY GOOD THIS WORLD HAS TO OFFER.
- [Papyrus] ALL FOR REVENGE. FOR OBLIVION.
- [Papyrus] LIKE, GOODNESS ME, BROTHER!
- [Papyrus] DON'T YOU THINK I MISS THEM DEARLY, TOO...?
- [Papyrus] THIS WASN'T EASY FOR ME, EITHER.
- [Papyrus] BUT PERHAPS, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER...
- [Papyrus] TO JUST TAKE WHAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO YOU.
- [Papyrus] INSTEAD OF...
- [Papyrus] THIS.
- [Papyrus] TO THINK YOU ALMOST ENDED THE LIFE OF A CHILD.
- [Papyrus] NOW I KNOW WHY YOU TRIED MAKING ME DO THE SAME THING.
(Susie bitterly looks away from Sans.)
- [Sans] papyrus...
- [Sans] i don't know what to even do anymore...
- [Sans] everything i've done has been so reprehensible.
- [Sans] how can i say that i deserve a second chance? let alone allowed to live.
- [Papyrus] WELL...
- [Papyrus] CONSIDERING HOW REVILED WE ARE...
- [Papyrus] I'M NOT SURE.
- [Papyrus] I DON'T THINK EVEN I COULD EVER FULLY FORGIVE YOU.
- [Papyrus] HOWEVER...
- [Papyrus] THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GIVE UP.
- [Sans] but... after everything i've done...
- [Papyrus] WHAT GOOD WOULD IT DO FOR YOU TO JUST GIVE UP?
- [Papyrus] IF YOU WISH TO MAKE AMENDS, YOU MUST TRY.
- [Papyrus] BESIDES, I HAVE MY OWN PATH OF ATONEMENT TO WALK.
- [Papyrus] SO... WHY DON'T WE WALK IT TOGETHER?
- [Sans] i... uhh...
- [Papyrus] HERE, WHY DON'T I HELP YOU UP.
(Papyrus walks up to Sans and helps him get up.)
- [Sans] but what about becoming a royal guardsman?
- [Papyrus] I REALIZED WHEN HEARING YOUR CONFESSION...
- [Papyrus] I CANNOT SEEK OUT GUARDSMANSHIP ANYMORE.
- [Papyrus] SUCH A TITLE IS WRITTEN IN BLOOD.
- [Papyrus] WHY WOULD I WANT TO SHED EVEN MORE...
- [Papyrus] WHEN I CAN HELP PEOPLE INSTEAD?
- [Papyrus] OR AT LEAST TRY TO...
- [Papyrus] SO THAT OLD BATTLE BODY MUST GO.
- [Sans] ...
- [Sans] well, heh...
- [Sans] hopefully undyne doesn't kill you for this.
- [Papyrus] I'D BE A LITTLE SHOCKED IF SHE DID.
- [Sans] well, whatever you say.
- [Papyrus] I APOLOGIZE ON OUR BEHALF FOR WHAT WE HAVE CAUSED YOU.
- [Papyrus] I KNOW YOU DON'T OWE US FORGIVENESS...
- [Papyrus] BUT YOU HAVE HELPED US REALIZE OUR GRAVE REALITIES.
- [Papyrus] WHETHER YOU INTENDED TO OR NOT.
- [Papyrus] I ESPECIALLY APOLOGIZE TO YOU, KRIS.
- [Papyrus] YOU GOT THE BLUNT END OF OUR AGGRESSION.
- [Susie] ...
- [Noelle] Papyrus...
- [Noelle] ... I wish you two well...
- [Papyrus] ...
- [Papyrus] THANK YOU, MS. NOELLE.
- [Papyrus] SANS...
- [Papyrus] LET'S GO HOME.
- [Sans] roger that, boss.
- [Papyrus] ...
- [Papyrus] I'LL LET THAT ONE SLIDE... THIS TIME.
(The two skeletons walk away.)
- [Susie] ...
- [Susie] I mean...
- [Susie] Who could ever forgive that kinda scum.
- [Noelle] Susie...
- [Noelle] We should just go.
- [Susie] ...Okay.
(Kris, Susie and Noelle jump through the grey door.)
Trivia[]
- In version 3.0.6, this fight received a major overhaul, rewriting lots of dialogue and adding new endings and attacks, as well as a few other changes.
- The dialogue being rewritten and the ability to fully spare Sans was done to make GG!Underfell Sans appear less edgy, since VyletBunni and the DELTATRAVELER team didn't like Sans's old dialogue. Additionally, it shows how GG!Underfell Sans would be sparable in the original GG!Underfell.
- Despite this, the dialogue and ending changes were often negatively viewed by the community, since many people seemed to prefer the fact that GG!Underfell Sans was irredeemable and couldn't be spared.

- Between versions 3.0.2 and 3.0.6, Sans would be nerfed if the player had not earned any EXP at all. These nerfs included:
- Dealing less damage
- SOUL gets more invincibility frames when hit
- The XDistract ACT distracts Sans for 4 turns instead of 3
- Before version 3.0.6, Sans would inflict KARMA damage if the player was LV 5 or higher instead of LV 7.
